The holidays is such a
special time of the year, full of celebrations, cherished
traditions, and time to reconnect with the family and friends in the
community. It is amidst all the bustle of this season that we
are quietly invited to pause, reflect and remember the world we live
in. |

With 2020 on the horizon, a year that signifies clarity of vision, I
believe now is the perfect time to be empowered by your hopes,
dreams, and goals. Now is the time to powerfully go for your goals
and achieve them with dedication and focus.
May you all have a safe and abundant Holiday Season and New Year! |

Sesame Flyers International welcomed local children from the community and our programs as well for a day of holiday fun, cheer and presents! Every year Sesame Flyers has a Christmas party with Santa and Mrs. Claus. The children were thrilled to see Santa and take pictures, get balloon animals, and face painting. The children left with gifts donated to us are from our Winter Wishes Program. This is a letter writing program lead by Sesame Flyers International members Pearl Elie and Michele Holder in which children are given the opportunity to write a letter to Santa requesting a gift. We look forward to keeping this tradition alive for many years to come.

Hi, my name is Dylanna and I’m going to tell you about the fun trip my group and I went on. We went to Ripley’s Believe It or Not. We saw so many weird and funny looking things like, a two headed lamb, a cow with an extra leg, people who would make their eyes big, people who pierced their body and more. I asked the kids in my group what was their favorite thing to see and they said, one of their favorite things was that they were able to buy things out of the gift shop. Another person said she liked that we got to put our heads through a hole. They also liked to see the different statues. My favorite part of this fun trip was that I got to spend the day with my friends. There were two other exhibits that I really enjoyed. The first was when we were able to go into a dark room with music and started dancing. We saw our “images” on a black screen as we were dancing. The other was what seemed like a spinning room. We walked across a bridge, and it felt like we would fall off because the room was spinning. It was really a lot of fun. After Ripley’s Believe It or Not, we went to McDonalds. Then we went on the train and got to enjoy the rest of our day.
