Sesame Flyers International Fundraising Program

At Sesame Flyers International, we are committed to supporting families and celebrating Caribbean culture. Fundraising is essential to achieving this goal. While we receive some funding from grants, it often only covers a portion of what is needed to provide the cultural services that our community relies on. Our signature events, such as the Caribbean Essence Awards and Showcase, Pan Jazz of the Rooftop, the Holiday Toy Drive and Giveaway, Sport’s Day, and our participation in New York Carnival, are annual celebrations that bring our community together and foster a sense of belonging. Through our programs, such as the Summer Youth Employment program, we have provided thousands of job opportunities annually for young people in our community. We also award scholarships at our gala, providing financial support to deserving students pursuing higher education.
